The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to meet their division rivals the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Wild Card playoff round and we now know the time and date.
The Steelers and Bengals will meet in a prime time battle Saturday, Jan. 9 at 8:15 p.m. at Paul Brown Stadium. The game will be televised on CBS.
This will be the second time in post season history that these teams will meet with the Steelers owning a 1-0 record vs. the Bengals, after winning their first meeting 31-17 in a Wild Card game on Jan. 8, 2006. The Steelers would go on to win Super Bowl XL that same season.
This will be the third time this season for the Steelers and Bengals to meet.
The Steelers and Bengals split their two regular season meetings, with the Bengals winning at Pittsburgh 16-10 and the Steelers winning a heated battle in Cincinnati 33-20.
Round three is now set for prime time and it should be a great one, so get your popcorn ready !
