Steelers N Stuffs’ Picks Of The Week : Week 10 2014

The NFL Season is now heading into week 10 and the Pittsburgh Steelers are on a roll, winning their last three games in a row.
Each week the writers of Steelers N Stuff will give you their picks of the week against the spread. Now remember, these picks are for amusement purposes ONLY. Do not try these picks at home, they are made by trained professionals.

Season Record W-L-T Steve: 19-17-0  Brandon: 20-16-0

Steve’s picks…

$$$$ Steelers -4.5 over the Jets… The Steelers and QB Ben Roethlisberger are on a hot streak with no signs of slowing down in this match-up. The Jets secondary is a mess. Look for the Steelers to win big once again.

$$$ Lions – 2.5 over the Dolphins… The Lions are at home and have a very tough defense. That and the fact that WR Calvin Johnson is expected to be back and healthy, should be more than the Dolphins can handle.

$$ Eagles -6 over the Panthers… The Eagles have too much fire power on offense and are at home. The Panthers offense won’t keep up, look for the Eagles to soar.

Cowboys -5.5 over the Jaguars … The Cowboys should rebound with the return of QB Tony Romo. Look for Dallas to get a much needed win against the hapless Jaguars

Brandon’s picks…

$$$$ Steelers -4.5 over the Jets… The Steelers are just too hot right now and the Jets are about as cold as you could get. With the generl manager and head coach half way out the door, the Steelers should win this one with ease.

$$$ Lions -2.5 over the Dolphins… Both teams are quietly doing good but as the Lions are set to have Megatron back in the line up, I feel they are just too tough for a Dolphins team that is showing a lot of potential.

$$ Chiefs -2 over the Bills… The Chiefs are another team that is quiet but sneaking their way up the power rankings. Coach Andy Reid has this team in shape and should be able to get an AFC win in Buffalo today.

$ Panthers +6 over the Eagles… The Eagles have to move forward with Mark Sanchez as the starting quarterback with Nick Foles being out due to injury. Although the Panthers have not played their best football yet this season, I expect them to keep it close in the lights of Monday night!
