Steeler Nation, the 6th week of the 2014 season is about to kick off! Anything is possible on any given week in the NFL ,no matter the teams or the place and this week should be no different. Each week the writers of Steelers N Stuff will give you their picks of the week against the spread. Now remember, these picks are for amusement purposes ONLY. Do not try these picks at home, they are made by trained professionals.

Steve’s Picks of the week…
$$$$ Colts -2.5 over the Texans … Andrew Luck and the Colts are starting to come on strong with 3 straight wins after a 0-2 start. I don’t look for things to change against Houston tonight. I’ll take the Colts and expect them to cover by a field goal or more.
$$$ Steelers + 2 over the Browns… The Steelers and Browns met in week 1 and it was a close one with the Steelers pulling out the victory in the final drive. This is not the same old Browns but Ben Roethlisberger has an 18-1 record against Cleveland all-time and will find away to get it done once again. I’ll take the Steelers and the points.
$$ Eagles -2.5 over the Giants… The Giants have been killing me all season but I think the Eagles are ready to be Giant killers this Sunday as they take on New York in Philly. This one should be a shootout with the Giants coming up short in the end.
$ Falcons-3 over the Bears..,. Atlanta and Matt Ryan are tough at home and I just don’t believe the Bears are a very good team . I’ll take the Falcons and lay the points.
Brandon’s picks of the week…
$$$$ Steelers +2 over the Browns… For the first time in a long time, the Steelers are underdogs as they travel to Cleveland to take on a red hot Browns team. The change in Cleveland has been led by starting quarterback Brian Hoyer. These two teams will meet for the second time of the season after the Steelers won the first match up. I expect much of the same again Sunday.
$$$ Patriots -3 over the Bills… After a convincing win last week over an undefeated Bengals team, I expect Tom Brady and the Patriots to pick up where they left off against their division rivals on Sunday.
$$ Chargers -7 over the Raiders… The play of Phillip Rivers should not go unrecognized as I say the Chargers roll past a Raiders team that is a mess to say the least. Rivers has another hot game in week six.
$ Colts -2.5 over the Texans… Andrew Luck is among the MVP nominees six weeks into the NFL season and that is why I expected the Colts to defeat the Texans on Thursday night.
