The Pittsburgh Steelers may be up against the cap until they receive some much needed relief come June 2 , but that did not stop them from signing a couple of draft picks. The Steelers announced the signing of two of their 2014 draft picks,sixth-round pick, defensive lineman Daniel McCullers and seventh-round pick, tight end RobBlanchflower . Financial terms of the four-year deals were not disclosed.
McCullers (6-7, 352),was the 215th overall pick out of the University of Tennessee.He started 19 games in his two years at Tennessee collecting a career total of 72 tackles and 1½ sacks.
Blanchflower (6-4, 256), was the 230th overall pick out of the University of Massachusetts. He started 27 games at Massachusetts and had 109 career catches for 1,164 yards and nine touchdowns.
